Halloween is quickly approaching so here’s some great songs to add to your Halloween playlist. We call them; Halloween Heaters.
Kanye West – Monster Ft. Jay-Z Rick Ross Bon Iver Nikki Minaj: This song was featured in the weekend warm-up a couple weeks ago and is perfect for Halloween. “Sasquatch, Godzilla, King Kong, Lochness, Goblin, Ghoul, a zombie with no conscience. Question what do all these things have in common? Everybody knows I’m a muthafuckin monster!”
Skrillex – Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites: Dubsep monsters in your ears. Kinda sad we haven’t featured more Skrillex, but check out this song. It’s dope.
DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince – Nightmare On My Street: This is a nice old school song with some hilarious stories as always from the Fresh Prince.
Geto Boys – Mind Playin’ Tricks On Me: This is easily my favorite Halloween song. It’s so creepy and the verses are nuts. Make sure to listen to the last verse. “This year Halloween fell on a weekend, me and Geto Boys were trick or treatin’.”
Flux Pavillion – Haunt You: Gotta throw some Flux into this playlist! The chick’s vocals in this song do actually haunt me.
Rockwell – Somebody’s Watching Me: This little known track has Michael Jackson on the chorus and is seriously one of the dopest Halloween songs ever. If you’ve never heard it before make sure to check it out.
THE CLASSICS – Without these songs you don’t have much of a Halloween playlist.
